2. What Data We Collect and Why2.1 Inquiry FormThrough the contact form available on the website, we collect the following data: e-mail address, full name, phone number, and the content of the message.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to B2B business inquiries). Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of the processing of data for the purpose of responding to the inquiry, as indicated next to the submit button.
Data is stored for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, for no longer than 3 years from the last contact with the Controller, unless a longer retention period results from applicable law (e.g. tax or accounting regulations) or from an ongoing business relationship.
2.2 Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4)The website uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited), which collects anonymized data on website usage: number of visits, session duration, traffic source, and device/browser type.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given through the cookie banner on the website).

3. Recipients of DataPersonal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Tilda Publishing (the platform on which the website and contact form operate) - in connection with technical handling of messages sent from the form to the Controller's e-mail address,

- Google Ireland Limited - in connection with data collected via Google Analytics 4,
- public authorities - solely on the basis of, and to the extent required by, applicable law.
The Controller does not sell personal data to third parties or use it for purposes other than those indicated in this Policy.
The website also contains links to external communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram). Use of these channels is governed by the respective privacy policies of those platforms, independent of the Controller.
