1. General Provisions

2. The Website is informational/catalog in nature and is addressed exclusively to entities conducting business activity (B2B clients): jewelry workshops, jewelry designers, jewelry salons, and wholesalers.
3. Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge. The Website does not enable online transactions or the creation of user accounts.
4. Any person using the Website ('User') is obliged to read and comply with these Terms.


2. Nature of the Website and Offering

1. The Website presents a catalog of products (lab-grown diamonds, gold jewelry) and educational materials (LGD Education) related to the Operator's business.
2. The information published, including product descriptions, parameters, and blog content, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
3. Conclusion of a commercial (wholesale) agreement requires separate arrangements between the Operator and the interested party, made outside the Website - by phone, e-mail, or in person.
